Botox works best when nobody can tell you had it. Treatment here starts with looking at how your face actually moves — then placing the smallest amount that softens the line and leaves the expression. You should still look surprised when you are surprised.
Placed by Samah Haroof, a certified Master Injector. Serving Plano, Frisco, McKinney and North Dallas, in English, Spanish and Arabic.
What it treats
The horizontal lines that appear when you raise your brows.
The two vertical lines between the brows that read as tension or anger even at rest.
The fine lines fanning out from the outer corner of the eye.
The small creases that form across the bridge of the nose.
A few units at the upper lip to soften a gummy smile or give the lip a fuller edge without filler.
For grinding, jaw tension and a squarer lower face. Often the treatment clients are most relieved to find.
Softening the vertical cords that become more visible along the neck over time.
Some of these uses are off-label. They are performed at our clinical discretion, and we will tell you plainly which is which at your consultation.
Pricing
Charging per unit rather than per area is the honest way to do it. A first forehead and frown-line treatment commonly lands in the 20–40 unit range — roughly $240 to $480 — and we tell you the number before we start, not after.
Consultations are free and carry no obligation to treat. CareCredit financing is available.
What to expect
About twenty minutes. The injections use a very fine needle and most clients describe them as a quick pinch. Numbing cream is available if you want it.
You start to see the lines soften. This is the point where clients usually stop watching the mirror.
The full result. This is when we want to see you again for a complimentary check, and adjust if anything needs it.
How long results typically last. Masseter treatment often lasts longer.
Afterwards: stay upright for four hours, skip the gym and hot yoga until tomorrow, and don’t rub the treated area.
Is it right for you?
Botox suits you if the lines that bother you appear when you move — frowning, squinting, raising your brows. If the lines are there when your face is completely still, or the concern is lost volume rather than movement, a dermal filler or a collagen biostimulator such as Radiesse or Sculptra may be the better answer. We will tell you so rather than sell you the appointment you booked.
Botox is not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain neuromuscular conditions. We go through your history at the consultation.
Questions we get
Not the way we treat. Conservative dosing, reviewed at two weeks — we would rather add a little than take away what we cannot.
$12 per unit for Botox and $11 per unit for Letybo. Most first treatments fall between $240 and $480, depending on how many areas are treated and how strong the muscle is.
A brief pinch per injection. Numbing cream is available on request.
Softening from around day three, with the final result at two weeks.
Botox relaxes the muscle that creates a line. Filler replaces volume that has been lost. Many clients do both, and they solve different problems.
Yes. Masseter treatment is one of the more common reasons clients come to us, both for grinding and for slimming a square jawline. This is an off-label use of Botox, performed at our clinical discretion.
Typically three to four months. Masseter treatment often lasts longer. Results tend to become more predictable once you have had a few treatments.
Free consultation. Straight answers about what you need and what it will cost — before anything is injected.
