Terms and Conditions — S Glowic MedSpa

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by S Glowic MedSpa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1) Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or using any service offered by S Glowic MedSpa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2) Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
– Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
– No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will incur a $50 fee.
By booking with S Glowic MedSpa, you authorize any applicable fees to be charged to your card on file.

3) No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Payments for services rendered, deposits, packages, memberships, promotions, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– Unused prepaid services may, at our discretion, be converted to service credit for the remaining value; credit must be used within 12 months. No cash refunds.
– Retail products: Unopened, unused products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days with receipt. Prescription items cannot be returned.
– In the rare event of a medically documented adverse reaction, we may offer an alternative service or credit after provider evaluation—no cash refunds.
– You agree not to initiate chargebacks and to resolve any disputes directly with S Glowic MedSpa.

4) Services & Treatments
We strive to provide high-quality, medically guided aesthetic services; however, specific results cannot be guaranteed and individual results may vary. All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.

5) Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and CareCredit.

6) Confidentiality & Privacy
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and adhere to applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

7) Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

8) Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting.
