What it helps with

Frown lines

The two vertical lines between your brows that make you look angry or worried when you aren’t. The most requested area, and usually the most satisfying to soften.

Forehead lines

Horizontal lines across the forehead. Treated lightly so your brows still move — the goal is rested, not frozen.

Crow’s feet

The fan of lines at the outer corners of the eyes. Softening them opens up the whole eye area, especially in photos.

Lip flip

A few units at the upper lip let it roll slightly outward, so you show more lip when you smile. Subtle, quick, and no filler involved — a good first step if you’re curious but not ready for volume.

Jaw slimming

Relaxing the muscle at the back of the jaw softens a square, heavy lower face over a few weeks and gives the jawline a slimmer, more tapered line. Results build gradually and last longer than the upper face.

Neck bands

The vertical cords that stand out on the front of the neck. Softening them smooths the neck and gives the jawline a cleaner edge from the side.

What to expect

  1. A medical provider reviews you first. Before your first treatment, a licensed Advanced Practice Provider completes your good-faith exam by secure telehealth video — goes through your health history, confirms the treatment is suitable for you, and issues the order for it. This is a legal requirement in Texas and it is also the point of it: a qualified medical provider decides whether you should have this before anyone picks up a needle. It all runs under the medical direction of our medical director, Dr. Mohammed Al Haider, MD. You get the areas and the unit count before treatment, and the price with them.
  2. Your treatment (10–15 minutes). Performed by Samah Haroof, licensed esthetician, working to the written medical order and protocol. A series of very small injections with a fine needle — most people describe it as a quick pinch. No numbing needed, no downtime after.
  3. You go back to your day. Stay upright for four hours, skip the gym and alcohol until tomorrow, and don’t rub or massage the treated areas. That’s the whole aftercare list.
  4. Results at two weeks. You’ll notice softening around day three to five; the full result lands at about two weeks. We’ll see you back then to check it and adjust if anything needs it. Upper-face results typically last three to four months; jaw slimming usually lasts longer and builds over several weeks.

Plan your first visit at least two weeks before anything you’re getting photographed for — a wedding, a reunion, a shoot. Come without makeup if you can, or we’ll remove it. If you’re on blood thinners, fish oil, or anti-inflammatories, tell us: they don’t rule you out, they just make small bruises a little more likely. Wrinkle relaxers aren’t for you if you’re pregnant or nursing, and your good-faith exam covers your full history before anything happens.

Who sees you, and who treats you

You should know who does what. Dr. Mohammed Al Haider, MD (Texas Medical Board licence R0176) is our medical director and oversees the practice’s medical protocols. Before your first treatment, a licensed Advanced Practice Provider completes your good-faith exam by secure telehealth video, reviews your history, decides whether the treatment is appropriate for you, and writes the order.

Samah Haroof, a licensed esthetician, performs the treatment under that order and protocol — the same person every visit, so someone who knows your face and what worked last time.

Questions people ask

Will I look frozen?

No — not unless you ask for that. The dose is matched to how strongly your muscles actually pull, and most clients want movement kept. We’d rather start conservative and add a touch at your two-week check than overdo it on day one.

Am I too young to start?

Probably not. Starting in your late twenties or thirties keeps lines from setting in permanently — smaller doses, further apart, and far cheaper than chasing a deep line years later. We’ll tell you honestly if you don’t need it yet.

Does it hurt?

Very little. The needle is tiny and the injections are quick — most people compare it to a series of pinches. The whole thing is over in about ten minutes.

How long does it last?

Three to four months for most people on the upper face. Jaw slimming typically lasts longer. It also tends to last a little longer once you’ve had a few treatments on a regular schedule.

How many units will I need?

That depends on your muscle strength, your anatomy, and how soft you want the result. You’ll get a specific number at your free consult before you commit to anything.

How is jaw slimming different from the rest?

It works on a bigger, stronger muscle, so it takes more units and the change appears gradually over four to six weeks rather than in two. It’s the one area where patience pays off — and where the result tends to hold the longest.

Is there any downtime?

None. You can drive yourself home and go back to work. Stay upright for four hours, skip the workout and the wine until tomorrow, and don’t massage the area.

What about bruising?

Small bruises happen occasionally at injection points and fade within a few days. Avoiding fish oil, ibuprofen, and alcohol for a day or two beforehand makes them less likely.

Who sees me, and who performs the treatment?

You should know who does what. Dr. Mohammed Al Haider, MD (Texas Medical Board licence R0176) is our medical director and oversees the practice’s medical protocols. Before your first treatment, a licensed Advanced Practice Provider completes your good-faith exam by secure telehealth video, reviews your history, decides whether the treatment is appropriate for you, and writes the order. Samah Haroof, a licensed esthetician, performs the treatment under that order and protocol — the same person every visit, so someone who knows your face and what worked last time.

When should I book if I have an event?

At least two weeks out for the upper face, six weeks for jaw slimming. Results peak around day fourteen, and that also leaves room for a touch-up at your check-in.
