They are different tools for different timelines.

Radiesse lifts immediately and stimulates some collagen as it breaks down — a middle ground.
Sculptra adds almost no immediate volume. The result builds gradually over six to twelve weeks per session, typically across a series of two to three sessions spaced about a month apart. It is the slowest of the three, and for many clients the most natural-looking, because the change happens the way your own collagen would build it.

Patience is the whole point
Treatment takes about thirty to forty-five minutes. You may see some immediate plumping, but that is mostly fluid and will subside within a few days — the real result is not there yet.
Collagen builds gradually over the following six to twelve weeks. Most clients complete two to three sessions, spaced about four to six weeks apart, for full results.
Daily massage of the treated area for about five minutes, several times a day for the first five days, is part of the protocol — we walk you through exactly how before you leave.
Results build slowly and also fade slowly, commonly lasting two years or more.
Afterwards: massage as directed, avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours, and expect some temporary swelling or small bumps at injection sites that typically resolve within days to weeks.
